hedda	The McCanns were and are treated terribly and in very similar fashion to the unfortunate Lindy Chamberlain in the "Dingo took my baby" case. For some reason the camera does not love them just as Lindy came across as very odd. Met her about 5 years ago at her book agent's birthday party. Warm and friendly yet in her younger years she seemed distant and odd. The McCanns get hatred because the seem very middle-class and physically handsome yet always look grumpy (who wouldn't ?)

He's re-invented himself as a criminologist but when did he become an expert on this high profile case? Never!' The friend added: 'He said he had received a statement from the McCann's saying they were pleased there was an on-going investigation which they hoped would unearth some news but they haven't been in contact with him, neither has their spokesperson. Well done DM for finding the McCanns concerns and I applaud The McCanns. A remarkable family. I, along with others I know, feel a real sadness for the McCann's and all those other families who have experienced the same type of tragic event. What is needed is to be able to identify who abducted Madeleine and anything else like did she go missing from the bedroom or on the street is "eas" to say but way off the mark to helping or solving the case. Yes children can go looking for their parents in general yet where the parents are adamant that is not how it happened then they are most likely correct in knowing the behavior of their own children. Please no more nonsense like that - "find" any likely suspects with evidence to back up suspicion. Otherwise stay out of the media. I have read little on this and I do not think I could cope if it happened to me.

The theory that she wandered off was discounted quickly, not only because of the difficulty of her leaving the apartment,but because her toy had been placed out of her reach by somebody. I took MWT's butting in as a thinly veiled murder accusation against the parents, because for his "theory" to work they would have to be deliberately lying.
