Yes, 'M', it's crazy. I wasn't aware that he was a police informant, Barney, most interesting. I find it astounding that he could stab someone to death (10 times according to that DM article) and be acquitted not just of murder but of manslaughter too. If it's true that a witness at his road rage trial has to remain in hiding, I wonder if the jury in the trial that saw him acquitted of murder/manslaughter was nobbled. |

Noye is a habitual criminal - and was an active police informant. Mainly to his fellow Freemasons - police officers at their Hammersmith lodge.
A major fence in a 6,000+ gold bar robbery in the 80s at Heathrow - and acquitted of murdering a police officer in the garden of his home.
Whilst out of prison on licence - he was involved in a road rage incident at an M25 junction, when he killed the other driver, and was given a life sentence.
