Stormzy Daniels	Yes ofcourse I know about Mary Bell.I read both books about her (Cries Unheard and The Mary Bell Case) And if you want my honest opinion I hope the murders destroyed Marys worthless mother and haunted her to her stinking coffin. If you abuse a child mentally and warp its young mind don't be suprised if they end up going on a killing spree.Many parents are to blame for their abused sons and daughters later turning to serial murder. One strange fact about that case is her partner in crime Flora Bell got off scot free...even though she participated in both killings. Still the question about "worldwide ban" remains unanswered.

Mary Bell: do you know much about her? Raised from a baby in a one room flat by her mother who "specialised" in sado masochistic sex as a prostitute. The toddler Mary watched her mother being "mock strangled" during what passed for a "childhood". She then carried out "strangulation" on a toddler near her home aged 11 which went horribly wrong and since then has been quoted as an icon of "evil"; kids do what their parents do, and the worse happened. "Evil" Mary Bell, bollocks. I am thankful for a loving, nurturing childhood...And I imagine now the "danger" she poses is pretty much zero.....

The answer to your question of why they order a ban is: because they can order the ban.
Stormzy Daniels	A guy just got NINE MONTHS IN PRISON for a tweet. He posted an afult pic of Bulger Killer Jon Venables Countless folk have done this and still do. But this idea of "worldwide ban" is really astonishing. There can not be a worldwide ban on ANYTHING..its an impossibility. Yet the UK really does think it can enforce such nonsense....and for some bizarre reason people accept this!
