Randall Well, a suspended sentence is jail. Sort of, but not.

However, he's done nothing that would be illegal in the Republic of Randall.

It's a narrow call, but criminalising upskirt pictures doesn't get the nod from me.

Personal viewing entirely within his own private sphere (assuming he didn't pay for them, which might encourage further production and child abuse at source).
