I did put in a complaint to the BSB. My complaint was in two parts.
The first one they replied they couldn't uphold because there is no evidence: This was in relation to Philimore going to The Times to find support against Hewson. Out of spite?
The last place anyone should look for splice is with a controversial rag.
As I couldn't provide evidence that the event happened it was discounted.
However, the second part to my complaint (I can't discuss) because it has been kept on record for future purpose.
FFS Hewson, go to appeal and tell them about Philimore trying to use the media against you - if you have the proof .
