I despair of most in the media. They don't even seem to know the English language. Apparently Patel was 'gaslighting' protestors yesterday. How on earth does the play/movie Gaslight get adapted by psychiatrists to denote emotional absue in marriage and then end up being used for, well, any kind of overt argument??? And Harry Enfield is accused of repeating an old racial 'slur' - the word ("c**n") was/is an offensive term, but it's not a 'slur'! And this is journalists on the Today programme! It's idiots reporting to idiots. |

More of a story GM when a copper commits murder than a villain. I agree with JK though that the race angle is a presumption and this is about police brutality in this case on what we know.
Don't see what Floyd's criminal past has to do with anything and think it distasteful to raise; he was murdered by constriction of his breath for no reason at all...
