md Doctors are becoming proficient in treating the disease but isn’t it important for young children to have some exposure to the elements in order to build up their immune systems? As JK has often pointed out in Geriatric 44, Covid-19 has been more of a 'panic-demic' than pandemic. Treating the physical aspects of the disease is one thing, treating fear and panic is another.
hedda yes completely wrong with your wacky claim the Flu kills a lot of people ..
estimated 24,000 – 62,000 this year in 6 months after 39,000,000 – 56,000,000 flu illnesses which some how neuters Covid..deaths this year (in just 3 months) 491,000 dead plus with 9.7 million infections.

I suspect your are really just totally pissed off because you can't travel..I'm with you there as I'm desperate to get of this frigging cold winter and you obviously to get to Italy or somewhere so who could blame you?

I'd take any article in the Times or the Mail with a pinch of salt..just desperate for a "good (news) story" but they'll say the opposite tomorrow.

We're dealing with an unknown factor here..a pandemic we cannot cure..unlike the Flu which can be cured or vaccinated but still kills 1000s & probably millions if we didn't have vaccinations.

I really don't understand the attitude here. It's a fucking awful time and the so-called "social distancing" is a pain in the neck along with shut restaurants, pubs and so on but I haven't seen any critic come up with a better solution (certainly not Boris who demonstrates what a total lightweight he is)

# Bondi is sunny with blue skies but absolutely freezing icy cold with winds from the Antarctic (maybe even Arctic ?) but busy again with Yobs A'plenty and a bunch of Backpackers had a party a short time ago (they just would be English wouldn't they ) and they all got the virus !

Fun fact: according to an article (and many historians) in the New Statesman pandemics basically killed off the Roman Empire.

Could it kill of what remains of the UK? You still have the calamity of Brexit to come

Soon as you can I'd high tale out of town JK to Morocco or somewhere similar and rent a lovely house for a few months before the Pandemic swings back into action again.
