they are now saying the very young are at risk of dying if they catch it.
(being over 90 but looking about 50  I wonder if I'll be spared?)
It's a virus, who knows where it will end or even if it will.
Maybe it's been sent by God to wipe us all out for our dreadfully sinful lives (not me of course) and that's why it's hit the USA so hard because God Hates Donald Trump.

78 000 people die a year from smoking in the UK. Directly; not "with smoking". There has been some good news with Covid of the numbers packing it in during lockdown.
Though that won't help the tax revenues we will need to sort the economic ruin coming because of our reaction to Covid...
I am startled to hear though that the over 90s are more likely to die than the under 90s.
Could you please provide a firm citation for this JK? as I would not wish you to be accused of conspiracy theories regarding this terrifying plague.... |

I really do despair for humanity which sucks this crap up unthinking. Media - reflecting the general public - makes headlines.
Of course if you're over 90 you're more likely to die. And if you're over 80 you're more likely to die than those under 20. For God's sake, humanity, grow up (mind you; then you'll die).
Not forgetting the media loves talking about the cases and not much on fatalities. We are told 1 in 2 will get cancer, if you have cancer last thing you need is another virus in your system. Not all cancer patients can be cured I don't say that lightly either.
I wouldn't be surprised if they wrote on the death certificate that the patient from Covid 19 rather than cancer.
If you go to rural Texas and see these old farmers in their 90s still carrying on. That's because decade's of healthy living, the only thing that the only complaint or illness they will get is arthritic pains, they most likely to die from is natural causes. |
