Honey Without knowing the details we can only assume and hope that there was proper evidence.

I wouldn't jail him. It is not needed and it is a bit late for rehabilitation.

Why cant he just be confined to his house with a tag?
JK2006 that if this is true the man deserves punishment; but is the sentence fair and was there any real evidence? Surely one person's word cannot and should not be enough.
