JK2006 Yes I've always thought if both pot and kettle are black, why not? Like Cake Eat - what else? But you probably believe the moon is made of cheese BB.

Pot - Kettle - Black
Wyot And the other aspect is now the censoring and closing down of media for questioning anything.

Last night, as we enter the 3rd lockdown, Google owned YouTube closed down the Talk Radio channel because it has been too critical of our response to Covid:

I'd best shut up or we will find KoH taken down...
JK2006 This illustrates the sad decline of the media; these days things like fact checking and spelling mistakes are considered unimportant compared to the only reason media thinks it exists - a good story.

Doesn't matter whether it's true or not.

And responsibility (as illustrated by Covid) no longer exists, either in traditional or social media. If it's a good story, run it. And exaggerate it, inflate it, colour it; don't worry if it causes concern or even death; who cares, if it's a good story. Does nobody remember Lord McAlpine?
