Green Man I am having another chain smoking and booze filled poker session tonight with a group of 6.

We will be coughing and spluttering near each other, like we did last week.

Masks should be worn outdoors in blowy conditions as well as indoors in crowded spaces we are informed. Surely this is not hard to test for? Why didn't anyone test this before?

Perhaps this is why lockdowns didn't work: the answering is blowin' in the wind through our windows & crossing our gardens...!
