hedda	all Empires fade usually because of hubris. Recall the USA's ventures into Iraq and Afghanistan have been failures with the Taliban once again in power in Afghanistan and Al Quaeda based there. I believe Russia's day as a great power will fade with their Ukraine calamities. Who isn't at war? China. I still recall my father's words when he worked in China in banking for 2 years in the 1970s and we really didn't know much about the place. "the most extraordinary people and country who are u using any ideology including Communism for it's ends but will change to suit the times..they'll be running the world in 100 years". His timing was out..happening much sooner.
Green Man	Remember the Vietnam War was also illegal and America never that crisis govto waste.
