Prunella Minge	"Tony Juniper, former head of Friends of the Earth told The Telegraph: "It raises questions about the BBC’s overall environmental coverage, which is patchy and inconsistent". What absolute nonsense. The BBC produces a high class series and screens it to license payers. Great. That's what it is there to do. Then it tries its hardest to recoup some money for it via overseas sales. Again, great. So what's the problem? Is the BBC supposed to dig in its heels over how the content of a series is used by a foreign broadcaster, and settle on a smaller fee rather than maximise the sale? I can just imagine the Daily Mail's (and Daily Telgraph's, and all of the Murdoch papers') reaction to that!
The Fat Controller	hmmmmmmmm....nowhere to be found on the BBC news site. Why do we have to constantly appease the Americans? If the ice is melting it is melting. I would sooner believe the God that is Attenborough than a few whiney know all Americans. Note to the US-- some of our television beats the living crap out of yours. Watch, learn and STFU!
