Andy Warren "Pete" Moore of the Miracles has died on his 78th birthday - or his 79th depending on which paper you read.

He co-wrote tracks including "Tracks of my tears", "Going to a go-go" and "Love machine".

Smokey Robinson is now the last surviving original member of the Miracles.
