She used to be a model??? Bizarre. She's got a face for television in the same sense that the Milky Bar Kid had a face for television, but she's no beauty.

Hyfyffe Her bosses seem to be dazzled by that ridiculous 'accent' of hers, as if they think they're promoting some exotic part of England. They should remember that Northern accents - real ones, not her ludicrous ragbag of affected sounds - broke through into broadcasting rather effectively back in the Sixties.
