Oh yes - more than rumours I hear. I am told that Wogan House, as it now is, is like a morgue and morale has hit an all time low. No surprise there, given the ghastly lack of support by senior managers without backbones. I blame the commercial media, determined to destroy the BBC because they hate the advantage they have of our money and our licence fees. Given that WE own it, you'd think the managers would respect and listen to us and not to tabloids and trolls. |

Rumours now that Simon Mayo is considering leaving because he's so angry about being stuck with Jo Whiley on the show. Hardly surprising if true - that really was an incredibly cack-handed piece of management. |

I don't think Cox was really in the running, yes she stands in when Chris is off but probably more down to the fact that she's available at the drop of a hat, anyone worth one's salt are busy. |

but why, oh why, does ghastly Hall pick stars due to gender or skin colour or sexual orientation instead of because of broadcasting ability? Lord Hall Hall remains ruled by tabloid editors. |
