Green Man It's been a very sad couple of years of country music. Ronnie Milsap has lost his wife in the last week or so.

Stan Moress, has recently died also, he was a genius. Hold on Partner with Roy Rogers and Clint Black was always a guilty pleasure of mine - then again I always enjoyed Roy Rogers movies.

Just for good measure.

I have just read that Maria Mendiola died this week also.

A late 60s adventure of his that I quite like!
JK2006
JK2006 Aged 77 he died in February but I only just found out. Brilliant songwriter. Two of the greatest songs ever - Midnight Train and The Best Thing - were smashes for Gladys Knight, one of my favourite singers (along with Aretha and Dusty - one of the best female vocalists of all time).
