I cooked Joe and Clara Roast Grouse - they had never eaten grouse before - and they were delicious.

Done nicely pink with roast potatoes, baby green peas and the famous JK bread sauce... known throughout the world as the best in the Universe.

Organic spinach, tomato and cheese stir fry, saffron rice and lamb samosas.
I was thinking of buying a guinea fowl from the butcher delivery bloke as I have never had one. Apparently it is a very boney beast though, and I can never be bothered with bones.
Talking of which, isn`t it horrid when you get an audible crunch in a sausage?
