July?! that is appalling - not only do we urgently need a statute of limitations - but we also need a fixed time between arrest and bringing charges. Re-bailing is just a way of saying that they haven't got anything on him yet, but will wait to see if anyone else comes forward with something. I saw him on a repeat or pop charts britannia on bbc4 last week, so they haven't wiped him out of history just yet.
