Wasn't the person who made the first complaint in Mr King's case proven to be not a "victim" at all?

They then waited for him to come in to an interview in that mid-week, and I tweeted to say that the man was now in custody, and in fact it was later on, at the beginning of 2013, when a victim came forward to me, I passed that on to the police. Clear evidence presented before the court, jury given the time to consider verdict, and unanimous verdicts...."
