Wasn't the person who made the first complaint in Mr King's case proven to be not a "victim" at all?

Exclusive report for Channel 4 News 0:29 "The routine is familiar to Jessica. Without her, Clifford might not be in prison. She was the first victim to come forward, approaching me just after the Jimmy Savile story broke".

Jon Snow: I'm wondering how long you were on the trail of Rolf Harris.
"Well, it first began in November, when I first actually was told the police had been to his address. They then waited for him to come in to an interview in that mid-week, and I tweeted to say that the man was now in custody, and in fact it was later on, at the beginning of 2013, when a victim came forward to me, I passed that on to the police. So amongst the whole Operation Yewtree, I've passed on information to the police. And today is, you know, is testimony not only to the victims but actually the great result of the Metropolitan Police and Operation Yewtree. No witch hunt. Clear evidence presented before the court, jury given the time to consider verdict, and unanimous verdicts...."
