We really have leaped into Wonderland, haven't we, when senior media experts join the insane lunacy of seeing perverts under every bed. I'm sure then, as now, there were always perverts of different shades lurking - I was definitely one, if by "pervert" we mean someone whose sexual tastes do not conform to the morals and laws at the time... anybody over 50 who was gay in their youth was a pervert.

Are these ghastly perverts still around? Still teaching in schools (not, I'm glad to say, beating pupils as they did in my school)? I'm sure they are but the good news is - soon they won't be because any male with a brain cell will avoid teaching like crazy. Women, not yet generally considered perverts (yet) will soon be our only teachers.
