Looks like the powerful NSPCC is now on the case of defense counsel with this so-called interview with a mother who claims the dad's barrister got him off.

We have no proof she's telling the truth and frankly, I do not believe it. I know enough about Family Court to know judges will not allow witnesses to be hectored or bullied. From personal experience I had a relative being accused by his wife of dodgy behaviour in the bath with their daughter. The judge even joined in with gentle questioning and eventually dismissed the case.
It is the most common accusation in family squabbles.

But it's a worry and it ties in with Alison Saunder's beliefs the "victim" (even before it's proved they are) are sacred.

It'll come down to just taking a statement in the end,and not allowing cross examination at all!
It also won't stop there,it'll be all accusers,regardless of age.

Funny thing,but anonymity is guaranteed by law,as soon as you mention 'sex crime'...but only for the accuser,the accused faces the full stigma of public scrutiny,loss of job/family etc.
The accusers in JKs case were common criminals,complete scumbags,villains,general nasty pieces of work,but given privacy,and lots of lolly....
....JK won us the Eurovision,and was exposed to ridicule in the press,inviting more gold diggers to join in the Compo rush!
