I hate these stories JK, Bin Laden never admitted he was behind 9/11 but they decided it was him behind it and Gaddafi was not involved in Lockerbie but planned by NATO. The majority of 9/11 terrorists were Saudi.
Rich Saudis financed them just as they encourage the Israelis to attack Hamas.

Britain is Saudi's main supplier of weapons.
Saudi Arabia is a dictatorship.
At present their our dictators just as Saddam was.
