Meanwhile - 2 of the bomb plot accused have had their cases thrown out by a Judge who said there was not sufficient evidence to try them. (Just a pity that their lives have been destroyed).

However that Police Officer has the right to appeal as do the other 5 involved.

From what I was told today the likelihood is that they may be reinstated in a demoted post, and the sacking is just "procedure".
