If that's the case, then there must be hundreds of other people who have been found guilty of minor charges who still appear on TV, but who now face a ban - but perhaps it only applies to those found guilty of sexual offences, fraudsters and those convicted of physical assault can probably continue to appear on TV.

No doubt many people will lump in with Savile, Clifford, Harris and Hall and say he's a paedophile when all he
apparently did was grope a woman (who we can't name but it's out there) in a TV studio for a few seconds.
Said woman has referred to the incident in her shows and on a podcast (google it) laughing it off.
Why wasn't this used as evidence in the trial?

I ment to say community order as they get him for three years, this offence could surely only get him six months and then no time for courses.

DLT was found Not Guilty on the charges in the first trial yet the Mail admits that a bunch of lying women came out of the woodwork to accuse him because he gave interviews when accused.

this really illustrates the mantra "you will be believed" even after they are found to be wrong.

Let us not forget their decade-long employment as a high profile character on one of their most successful shows of Leslie Grantham, a convicted murderer. A crime which to me seems an order of magnitude worse than an accidental boob touch. But what do I know.
