The man; the victim must be feeling let down, some poi will be sticking with him even though he is 100% innocent. The victim here could of ended up with a 9 year sentence and most likely an IPP for this vicious false allegation. I am sure the victim in this will not be getting compo and probally never cosidered it because he proved he was innocent and that was the most important thing.

You cannot have a rule for male and aother for females.

A bit ironic that her partner called the attempt to increase the sentence “vindictive and nasty”.

the sentence sounded just to me and let's face it- she is now "disgraced" (idiotic word) and will never work as a barrister.

But the unfairness is that her victim surely should be eligable for compensation. He is a victim of crime after all.
