Silly stories like my appearance in a Genesis documentary get carried by the media and you can observe the efficiency and laziness of all media including internet. Twitter and Facebook have both sides from various members of the public. The utterly useless Express group steals it late from rivals the Mail, adapt it slightly from their old archive, get certain small details wrong (13? Who do they think I am - Max Clifford?) and they are copied again by places like Contact Music with the exact wording and mistakes.

No wonder Chinese Whispers rule in media today! I'm sure Wikipedia will now pick up on the wrong details, inflate them slightly and carry them.

Then, in due course, their inaccurate "facts" will get repeated with alterations and the eventual Obituary will be total bollocks.

As I'm sure Jimmy Savile is saying - who gives a shit?

Meanwhile certain "newspapers" will shut down and the Internet will continue not to make much money for anyone except the few tycoons. For an objective observer it's fascinating!
