A track which we put out a year ago, which was tipped by many Tipsters, I personally withdrew on the discovery of a Disney sample of which I had not be warned of. Life was too short to try and get clearance on that one.
If I were those guys I`d use the ad reference on my CV and move on.
That said this thing happens more than most people realise, we rushed our "1 Minute" album out, when it was clearly not ready, due to a competitor emerging.
This is clearly an internet/communication problem.
The old cliche applies, keep it under your hat, and of course brand names are an absolutely no go.
