Do read this article again and see the last few lines; the CPS saying it was in the public interest to pursue the case (if they really think that I suggest medical, clinical investigation is needed) and police being totally let off for behaving with no common sense whatsoever. Plus - when a cop swears that a fact was his "mistake" and it is then proven true in a taped statement, surely that is a certain, gold standard lie? How can lying to a judge and court on oath NOT be misconduct?
