Excuse me Strat - NORTH? I've been to Leicester many times (it used to be one of the main distribution places for music - Selecta) and it's hardly North at all - more West. Try going to Newcastle - I had to drive there once from Huddersfield (where young Tommy was at Uni) and I consider that area (I'd been in Manchester for In The City) quite as far North as I wanted to go (don't even mention Scotland, essentially Arctic) - when, after hours and hours, I finally saw the Angel of the North I almost cried with relief.

Let the train take the strain. I find that when I occasionally go first class on the train, I don't want the journey to end.

See the Portillo Thread Robbie; I've told Michael that my favourite railway journey in the world is Paris-Nice which I still do at least twice a year.

I highly recommend the Horizon documentary about this diet. It is very inspirational, particularly the 101 year old man running a marathon.
