Drama queen? 7 Years ago
I wondered if there was more to this story than met the eye.

Doctor dragged off flight was convicted of trading drugs for sex

"The passenger hauled off a United flight is a lung doctor with a taste for gambling, a history of angry outbursts — and a conviction for trading narcotics prescriptions and cash for gay sex in motels. ... The licensing records also reveal how Dao was “the subject of many complaints” while working at Hardin Memorial Hospital."

Doctor dragged off United flight was felon who traded prescription drugs for secret gay sex with patient half his age and took them himself - and he needed anger management, was 'not forthright' and had control issues, psychiatrist found

Compo, compo, here we come.

"In an interview from his bed, Dao, 69, told Louisville TV station WLKY that he wasn’t feeling well. When asked what hurt, the married grandfather from Vietnam answered “everything,” the station reported."

Doctor dragged off United plane and left bloodied by cops hires TWO sets of lawyers in sign he will sue for millions - and is STILL in hospital from his injuries

According to a fellow passenger interviewed by CNN (https(colon)//www(dot)youtube(dot)com/watch?v=_lU-UG9_DpM), he was stretchered off the plane in one of two dramatic exits. Given that the three other people asked to vacate their seats didn't have to be wrestled out of them or dragged from the plane, it seems likely that his behaviour did play a role.

I feel rather sorry for United Airlines.

to the contrary..see my (always brilliant) thread re how they have confused him with another with a similar name- the one who has the police record.

But a lawyer who has read United's ticket which is a contract says it states that passengers can be refused a set at check-in..not once they have boarded and been seated.

So he had every right to refuse to leave and was unlawfully assaulted.

Not only that United's tickets state a booked passenger refused a seat must be compensated a certain amount..not via an unseemly auction on the plane offering more and more (but only up to the amount they legally must pay anyway)

I smell major lawsuits and seeing their share price has plummeted United's President should be booted over his stupid handling of the matter.,
