Yes, I imagine that your Entertainment USA was a strong influence on his own ventures!

Those of us who are Irish and of a certain generation will remember his show. He is one of a relatively small number of Irish public figures who fell victim to AIDS, the other most famous one would probably have been the Diceman.

The first Aids victim I knew was the extraordinarily talented Charles Ludlam of the Ridiculous Theatrical Company in New York's Greenwich Village, who I featured on my show.

Must admit, hadn't heard of him previously. I liked Leigh Bowery's stuff, Charles Ludham strikes me as coming from a similar space, artistically, just based on a quick google search.
