TOPIC: Kato Harris on the BBC!

Kato Harris on the BBC! 6 Years, 11 Months ago
My God Jeremy Vine dares to have Kato Harris on his BBC2 show discussing the False Allegations Industry. Can the mainstream media finally have noticed that the False Allegations Industry exists? That hundreds more fake claims are made than true ones? That police assist the liars and help them try to pervert the course of justice? That the CPS doesn't bother to ask police whether they have checked the other side of the story? As Kato says on the show - that something was going very seriously wrong? Clear, honest, specific, detailed - more of this, please.

Perhaps the most fascinating fact - that several jurors waited outside after his acquittal to wish him well. I find this fascinating. I think a huge quantity of the public have begun to realise how awful the situation has become. In my own trial 17 years ago I have been told two jurors died shortly after the first trial verdict (whilst I was still in Belmarsh Prison awaiting the second trial, according to the letter I received). Readers of my book know about the consequences to judges and false accusers. Even more have seen what happened to the man who started my prosecution, Max Clifford. Since 2000 I have become a great believer in Karma.

Jeremy discusses Labour's leaked draft manifesto, a teacher's rape accusation ordeal, losing your parents in adulthood and a council lawnmower that smashed an OAP's car window.

First things first.
Take out the compensation then go from that it may pretty much wipe out the false ones apart from the very vindictive.
I do feel it would go a long way to solving the situation where the likes of Savile case is people being asked to basically get in line with a begging bowl no questions need to be asked.

I disagree. The first step should be to reinstate a requirement for corroborative evidence, and probative corroborative evidence too; not just character smearing and irrelevant gossip.

Then, motivation of the accuser and anonymity of the defendant is irrelevant. We judge solely on whether the evidence proves beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant did what is alleged. If it doesn't, then the public can have confidence in the decision-finding process and the defendant gets a public, official exoneration.

And fascinating that now not only right wing publications like The Times carry letters (as above) - although not yet any huge features about the False Allegations Industry - but even the tabloids like The Sun have woken up to what has been going on (for at least 17 years, in my personal experience, since Max Clifford or MWT spotted the useful loophole in the law Howard had made to enable fame, fortune, promotion and increased budgets for bent cops).

And I repeat the link to the highly respected LAW GAZETTE and the article by the top lawyer about this (spotted, of course, by the mighty Anna Raccoon, still fighting for those hit by Exocets).
