very good evisceration of an extremely nasty & prejudicial book on Cardinal George Pell "Cardinal:The Rise and Fall of George Pell" by ABC "journalist" Louise Milligan.

Julia Yost does a very good job of picking apart the extremely thin claims in this tome which was outrageously....and I believe with full co-operation of an extremely vicious Victorian Police who have repeatedly leaked damaging claims about Pell to selected media... who are quite hysterical in their hate for the Catholic Church.

Milligan and her publishers somehow had prior knowledge of when charges would be laid against Pell and rushed the book out knowing the unproved hearsay allegations would receive maximum publicity and have milked it. While the book has now been withdrawn the damage has been done & Milligan has been boasting that she is the "go to expert on Pell" for international media.

What isn't being discussed by the vacuous media is that there is an extremely strong Fascist minority in The Vatican who hate the "left wing" Pope Francis and equally George Pell (who was almost elected Pope) a close conservative friend of Francis' who he regards as honest and the right person to re-organise Vatican finances which the Italian Mafia have had their sticky fingers all over.
