How much as I hate the politics that comes with Olympics. I can't wait to watch the 2020 games. Just for the freestyle wrestling, it's also the only time where freestyle and greco wrestling is FTA.

Never mind the Olympics - I saw an advert last night for the Para World Championships (and you all know how much I enjoy the Para games, don't you?)

I haven't seen a line-up (and no one has ever heard of any of them anyway) - but whats the betting that this "World" championship consists of a handful of Brits / 1 Irish and I German ?

Which means that 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of the World are NOT taking part (and probably know nothing at all about them).

The poorer countries are bound to be excluded because a lot of the para stuff depends on having fabulous false legs or swish wheelchairs.
I am all for people having a go, but it seems very unfair.

I wonder why they dont have a "crap at sport" Olympics, where those who like pies and fags can happily crash into the hurdles, gently trot in the races, and be cheered for it. ( I suppose walking the marathon is pretty much the same)

Its on tonight ... will be even funnier than the Benidorm repeat on ITV !
