CLUMP.
But what is the real story?
TAXI FOR MR ROONEY
He will probably not loose his licence as he needs his car for all the work for Charydee,
If it was a sexual offence, you would be claiming "False allegations", however if it is drink-driving he is bang to rights. Drink driving has now become a very taboo offence, even though driving whilst using a mobile is statistically more dangerous.

The wife of a friend of my father's burned to death in their car after it was hit by a drink driver. Her husband and son managed to get out of the car but could do nothing to save her and had to witness her death. I think drink drivers should feel the full force of the law, and the fact that they are now competing with people messing around with mobile phones, who should be similarly treated in my view, doesn't make them any less dangerous.

I'm sorry to hear that, I'm not condoning drink driving, but their are degrees of this offence. There is someone who has had 3 glasses of wine and is driving through Cheshire villages at 20mph at 2am in the morning with no one around, and there is speeding down the motorway at 90mph. I would imagine that the above terrible accident also involved driving at high speed.
