More and more people (and media) are starting to think perhaps false allegations are not quite as "rare" as some say and that there may even be a few innocent people accused...

The problem with this is, as the pendulum swings back, some genuine rapists and abusers will begin getting away with it; every Beale or Baker or Danny Day kicks the public towards thinking that ALL allegations are false which they are not. But if you were raped tonight, you'd think long and hard before complaining officially, knowing that you might find yourself jailed for perjury. Actually I've always felt a quick knee in the testicles is the best solution.
