Salmon, cod, smoked haddock, bechamel sauce topped with fluffy mashed potatoes and farmhouse cheddar cheese.

That's according to the Two Fishwives who swear it is handmade within the past day.

Well, they print their name, phone number and address on the package and I did buy it in Fishworks, which I love and from where I get all my fresh fish so...

I'll let you know.

They are handmade - but they get chimpanzees to do it

I watched a thing about "Fishworks" earlier on TV, I was very impressed by the shop.

We have feta cheese and watercress and orange salad tonight.

It never fails to amaze me how much money people spend on "lazy" food and not "interesting" food.
Two frozen pizzas would have cost more than everything we have eaten here today and been pretty horrible.

I`m still unsure about the fish and cheese thing JK, I find one flavour blocks out the other and makes my tongue sting.

Well I must say it was delicious - highly recommended if you have a Fishworks near you.

"Peasant Pasta", or also called "Spaghetti al Oglio oulio Alio", I believe.

Simple marinade of chillies, garlic and olive oil poured over pasta with a liberal sprinkling of parmesan.

It can only be human, that when the sun shines, one thinks of Italian food.

Re-Fishworks, I went to a "gourmet meals pre-prepared" place, I won`t say which town it was in as I liked the guys` "go for it" attitude, and wish him well, but boy, did it so not work.

He gave me quite a lot of food to review for the mag, I`m afraid I reviewed none of it as I couldnt find a positive or a negative, apart from the marketing of the products.

It`s an interesting way forward for food though, the English takeaway that isn`t just fish and chips.
A friend of mine has a side line business in which he comes around the clients house and cooks for them.
