Yes I'm watching this - nothing wrong with any of it. The only difference Brexit will make is that thousands of British citizens will abandon their country and apply for citizenship elsewhere. I would if I was 50 years younger. Why pay tax to a shit country that doesn't want you when others (like Tunisia) would love to have you?

Tax evasion is illegal and wrong

But tax avoidance is normal and logical

It breaks no laws anywhere

However the Tory peer/major donor/senior official - is not a one-off in that flawed organisation

Goldsmith and so many others come to mind...

Yet again, this will bring another spotlight on Tory politicians - after a week of sexual impropriety stories.

Who's next, or what? More examples of cronyism, old school stuff and incestuous affiliations¡

This weak/talentless/incompetent government is doing well - when the Brexit that they precipitated, needs expert/urgent attention and negotiation...

The Duchy of Lancaster is exemot from UK tax - but Betty has started to pay a bit in recent years - after decades of stashing it away.

Hardly a decent example to the rest, is it?

Its a matter of decency .... Betty already has more perks than the rest of the world put together !

If one of OUR palaces needs repair ... we have to pay.
If one of HER palaces needs repair ... we have to pay.

The Duchy is already exempt from tax -
but we STILL have to pay her from the Civil List so she and her family can ponce about !
etc

Actually, all the palaces belong to The State. They come with the job, not the person.

As a person, she has the right to manage her personal money the way she chooses. As all of us do.

Not true ... Sandringham and Balmoral (for examples) were both inherited by Betty and belong to the family - NOT the State.

Yes ITK usually changes the subject when (often) incorrect!

There are 6 palaces currently owned by the Crown.

Not all are lived in...

doubtful she's ever seen a bank note in her life..even ones with her face on it !

But ITK has hit on something even though he has no idea..this is worse than any family scandal over the decades and could cause real damage to the Crown.

He must be off his rocker. Its the people who have allowed this to be legal that should apologise. (if anyone)
