Staff shortages are really noticeable, but the lack of money and attitudes to it are probably just as much a problem.

My daughter and me were flu-jabbed yesterday. The chemist did his best to get us to lie about being eligible for a free jab (I think I am, but its only £12.50 for goodness sake!) and he didnt even know how to take our money afterwards because he was "only used to doing free ones".
It is no wonder the NHS is skint, is it?
