very cold out with the dogs this morning .... 6 Years, 5 Months ago  
Funny thing is - they never look healthier than when out on a frosty morning.

Shiny coats, sparkling eyes, and cold wet noses.

I think this could be quite a harsh winter. Lots of berries about, and more activity from wildlife than normal (so early).

Could this be the year that winter arrives before Christmas - not after it?

I love the cold. It is a bit unfortunate that we live somewhere that hardly ever gets snow, so when we hear of a blizzard somewhere we drive to it.
