I have a lot of respect for Gene Simmons. He has some real musical skill and really really put the work in learning his trade and breaking into the rock business. He is not the wild rocker he appears to be: he's a well brought up Jewish boy who, behind the Kiss persona, seems like a thoughtful and sensitive person.

Some of his behaviour is no doubt an act. He's in his twilight now, so I also suspect there's an element of him not giving a fuck and cracking whatever jokes he likes at the expense of hacks, hangers-on and other parasites on celebrity.

Spot on...he is a great business man when it comes to merchandising...could never afford the merch but love browsing at them.

Hope they do another UK tour.
