Removing stamp duty on houses under Â£300,000, this will just make the prices of houses, even more expensive. The only thing to reduce house prices would be to cut immigration in order to reduce demand and tax landlords who own multiple houses, and thus reducing the overall pool of houses for sale.

Hammond should be the next leader, then Corbyn would have an easy ride in the next election against mogodon phil. He's hardly likely to inspire the next generation of young voters.

Those who do nothing in life are forever jealous of those who achieve ... and the ONLY way they can cope with it is to drag everyone down to their own level.

How is reducing the number of houses for sale going to help anyone get on the property ladder?
Reduced supply will lead to increased prices.

Blame the Foreigners .... lol !
