I heard a story of a man given life for killing his wife - they never found the body.
Then she turned up alive and well.
He's still inside! That's the appeal process for you.

I too have no idea whether Langham is innocent or guilty but one word of warning - as expressed in my song Plead Guilty - if he does plead guilty, it doesn't mean he is.

This brilliant legal system gives advice that you'll never be able to prove innocence of false claims going back decades so plead guilty and get a shorter sentence.

It's an abominable situation that the media chooses to ignore.

Seem's a total joke. Isn't it meant to be "presumed innocent until found guilty" not "If you can't say what you were doing 20+ years ago" the your banged to rights!!

And the CCRC looking into the convition surely show's there was a massive doubt about the convition, and yet your still meant to just wait with an justified "criminal tag" on you for an indefinate time. Isn't that against the law?
