Yes it is a wonder he wasn't accused of all sorts!
It is always a worry what to do with lost children.
With older ones I persuade them to stand still beside me and call their mum, but I once had to hold a fifteen month old against his will when he wanted to hurl himself down the stairs in Ikea.
I was expecting to be handcuffed.

Honey, it's at the bottom of the article:
Northamptonshire County Council have been contacted as to whether social services are involved.
Though now I re-read it perhaps it means the paper is asking whether or not social services are involved, initially I thought it meant the police are asking them to be involved.
Either way though, the SJW hive mind is clearly wanting him to be taken from his family and raped by SJWs.
Social services should never be allowed to be involved in anything. We used to have this thing called 'due process' in this country but that got abolished with the 1989 Children Act that allowed government agents to tear apart families without due process. But there has been no suggestion of improper conduct by social workers in this case.
They would normally be informed when there is police involvement, but unless there was obvious cause for concern, the check is likely to be a swift phone call or a five minute visit.
As for the social justice warriors wanting him taken away, I see no evidence anywhere of this.
I expect most people think it was just a well cared for little boy going roaming in the night, as they sometimes do.

But an SJW will say, his parents should have been watching him 24/7! How irresponsible are they!
Anyway, you might be right on this occasion, but on another occasion you will be wrong. Like the case of Evgeny Soifertis, who I pointed to on another thread, who's son was kidnapped by Social Services all because he was home alone when a fire broke out! A 12 year old! Home alone! Imagine that. Strange that's such a heinous crime when 20-30 years ago it was central to the highest grossing movie of all time - "Home Alone".
Just making a point

@Brian:
That sounds absolutely terrible. I imagine the documentary is still at risk of being taken down since youtube are now full blown SJW and will delete anything and everything that is politically incorrect - legal or not!
But perhaps when his son is 18 they will be able to be reunited and he will be able to relay to the police the emotional abuse he suffered at the hands of this "social worker"? Karma as I think JK would say
I also wonder could he not have fled back to Russia with his son? Fat chance of Russia granting an extradition request, I would have thought.
@honey:
No I think 20 years ago things would have actually been more tolerant. And certainly 40 years ago things would have been far more tolerant.
