The message seems to be that women who have knowingly drunk alcohol can't give consent, even if their words/behaviour suggest otherwise. But this doesn't apply to drunk males who start a fight then decide the next morning they didn't mean it. Alcohol is a truth drug for males (frogs and snails, etc.) but not for females (sugar and spice, etc.).
