If I didnt think it was a publicity stunt, I would say good for Lily Allen for brazening it out, but how many times can you "accidentally" reveal your privates? Is this the third time?
If you wear no pants with a short skirt I would call it deliberate.

Do men who deliberately expose themselves get the same positive reaction?
