This show has become so liberal leftie. The three main guests are all female and the extra guest has to be either of an ethnic minority or disabled, and the politics are always very left leaning. Is there any room for other views on mainstream tv.
I find that a very bizarre comment, Rpbbie.
Why is it a problem that all main guests are female? More to the point, if they had all been male would you actually have noticed that they were all male, or felt the need to comment on the fact?
I also get uncomfortable with people saying that any minority or disabled people on such programmes are simply there as a result of some left-leaning agenda. Isn't that an insult to those people/comedians etc ? i.e. 'you can't possibly be on tv because you're talented or have something to say, it must be because we feel we have to have you on'.
In the same way, I tire of the endless comments on twitter etc about the number of gay people on tv (as a gay man I probably notice such comments more than you if you're straight- apologies if I'm presuming wrongly).
If you did a count (not sure how that would work) you would certainly find that the number of disabled, LGBT or other minority people on tv, in films, comedy etc is still pretty small. It's just that we stand out because in the past there were none of us.
Give people a break, and let them shine if they have talent, whether their talent/views are to your taste or not.
(For the record, I find Frankie Boyle's New World Order an irritating programme because of its smugness, so have stopped watching it.)

I don't object to having an all female/ethnic minority panels. I actually like Sara Pascoe and Katherine Ryan and saw her in concert. What I don't like are that Frankie Boyle seems to be trying too hard to be right-on and the fact that everyone on his panel has to have the same views (Anti-trump, Anti-May,Anti-Brexit), and for a channel that is supposed to be impartial I don't think this is acceptable.
