They kept coming up with ingredients I love - amaretto; quails eggs (deep fried; I shall try that); white chocolate; - almost every dish was made for me. Sad about a couple of failed setting dishes which caused two great chefs to go. I really wanted to taste Michelle's cake but her ice cream didn't set and William's use of fruit has been brilliant. But his didn't set either. All the chefs were brilliant this week.
