The main news leads on the "capture" of a leading A-Q operative, but the actual news is a little "fuzzy" and "unclear".
When was he captured? No one seems to be saying beyond a vague "hint" that it was last year (and presumably held in one of those non-existent secret prison camps in Eastern Europe?)
I wonder WHY this information has been released now? Could it have anything to do with the slumping support for Bush in the USA (where BOTH Houses this week passes laws demanding the withdrawal of US troops?)
